Shipping & Handling

Yangxin Machinery arranges shipment according to the terms agreed in the confirmed Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Contract, or Order Confirmation.
Delivery time is estimated based on the production schedule and is subject to change due to production requirements, material availability, shipping schedules, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping methods, Incoterms (such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or CFR), destination port, and freight arrangements shall be confirmed before shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms stated in the confirmed order documents.
Any visible damage to the shipment should be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt, and Yangxin Machinery should be notified promptly with supporting photos and documentation.
