1.General
Welcome to PuTian Yangxin Machinery Co., Ltd. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Products
All product specifications, images, dimensions, and technical information on this website are for reference purposes only. Final specifications and configurations will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Contract, or Order Confirmation.
3. Quotations
All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include taxes, duties or import charges unless agreed in writing.
4. Orders
Orders become effective only after written confirmation from Yangxin Machinery. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability or other reasonable circumstances.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be agreed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract. Production normally begins after receiving the agreed deposit.
6. Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimated based on production planning. Delays caused by force majeure, shipping companies, customs or government regulations shall not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Warranty
Yangxin Machinery provides a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment unless otherwise agreed. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or accidental damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yangxin Machinery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including production loss, business interruption or loss of profits arising from the use of our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, drawings and product information, is the property of Yangxin Machinery and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws agreed between both parties in the sales contract.
