Warranty & Return

PuTianYangxin Machinery Co.,Ltd provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified in the confirmed Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Contract, or Order Confirmation.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, operation, and maintenance. It does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
1.Normal wear and tear;
2.Improper installation, operation, or maintenance;
3.Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
4.Misuse, negligence, accidents, or external causes;
5.Damage during transportation after the transfer of risk under the agreed Incoterms.

If a warranty claim is approved, Yangxin Machinery will, at its discretion, repair the defective product, provide replacement parts, or replace the product where appropriate. The warranty does not cover labor costs, travel expenses, freight charges, or any indirect or consequential losses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

As our products are industrial machinery and are often manufactured according to customer requirements, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or the delivered product does not conform to the confirmed order. Any return request must receive prior written authorization from Yangxin Machinery before the goods are returned.
